Vehicular access to Broccoli Bottom is via a long sloping tarmac drive into a tarmac flat parking area for Lettuce Lodge, Fennel Folly and Mange – Tout Maison. Access to all 3 lets is via flat tarmac or paved pathways.
This area leads to a gravel turning circle and parking for Parsnip Place and Carrot Cottage. Paved pathways lead from the gravel to the front doors of both Parsnip and Carrot.
Individual access to both Fennel and Mange-Tout is via external wooden staircase with half landings. There are stair rails to one side. Both apartments are first floor. There are French doors (double width opening) into both. No interior steps. There are no specific disabled facilities.
Lettuce Lodge is a detached, single storey cottage with patio to rear. Single door access into kitchen and double door access onto patio. Flat tarmaced area leads to kitchen door and paved path to rear. No internal steps. No specific disabled facilities but plenty of turning space for a wheelchair.
Carrot Cottage is a semi detached single story cottage with paved flat path to French doors (double width). Kitchen/dining, living area and bathroom are accessible with no steps. Two small stone steps lead to the 2 bedrooms. No specific disabled facilities.
Parsnip Place is next door to Carrot and can be accessed via a gravel pathway from Carrot or a paved slightly sloping pathway from the gravel parking area. Entrance via French doors (double width) to open plan kitchen, dining living area. No internal steps and shower room is accessed via the bedroom. Plenty of wheelchair turning space but no specific disabled facilities.
